When experiencing either not being able to turn left or right hydraulic cylinder is definitely a possible reason as to why that happens. So what happens is two levers are engages a cylinder pins to turn unit left or right. During a time your cylinders pins might get corroded and you won't be able to turn left or right properly. So, you will need to clean corroded pins and grease them up to keep them moving smoothly.
