Is your Sherp not turning properly?

We can diagnose the issue and offer options for adjustment, repair,

or if the steering mechanism has a large wear, a replacement may be

required.

If a replacement is needed, we have both rebuilt and brand new

steering mechanisms in stock with an option of core return.

In most cases, a machine with 700-1000 hours of use needs

a full rebuild of the steering mechanism as, most often, all actively

working inner components wear evenly.

Rebuilt steering mechanisms

Every unit is carefully disassembled and cleaned, all actively working components are replaced, and several critical adjustments are made during assembly. Such a rebuild gives the steering mechanism a second life and guarantees reliable operation for the same number of hours as a new mechanism depending on the driving style and turning frequency.
