Thank you for choosing Canada Off-Road Center. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy. Please review the details below.
RETURNS
Returns must be shipped within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at mail@canadaoffroadcenter.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Initial and return shipping charges will be paid by us when the product is found to be defective at the time of shipment, there is a shipping error or website error at our end. In all other cases, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Please note, a 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns which are not the result of our mistake where customers ordered an incompatible part on their own.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Liquids, Opened and Used Parts, Damaged Parts
