Actuator replacement. SHERP Pro ATV parts and Service
Description: This video will show you how to replace the actuator on your Sherp Pro.
In this video you can find information on how to replace the damper actuator on a SHERP PRO.
Here are the steps on How to do it -
Step 1 - Remove hood cover.
Step 2 - Remove 2 bolts on top of the actuator.
Step 3 - Disconnect wiring. Do not use the brown wire because you only need 4 wires.
Step 4 - Cut the zip tie and the rod should pop out.
Step 5 - After you have took of the old actuator, put the new one repeating the same steps
Step 6 - The rod will click back in.
