How to check oil levels on cable transmission on a Sherp Pro
Description: In this video you will learn how to check the oil level on the cable transmission on your Sherp Pro
- Remove special bolt as shown (17mm), watch for oil to leak out.
- Open sensor by unbolting (22mm), make sure the gearbox is level.
- If there is no oil in the transmission you will need 500ml of oil to put into transmission .
- Fill the oil through the hole seen from removing bolt. (you can use an adjustable wrench to take off the sensor if you do not have custom made socket. )
- Fill with transmission oil to the top then put sensor back on, dont over tighten.
