The Volcon Stag SxS is an 80 MPH electric UTV with off-road capabilities
An electric 4-passenger SxS UTV joins Volcon's lineup of electric off-roaders!
The new Volcon Stag electric UTV provides a top speed of 80 mph and supercar acceleration, allowing you to take to the wild quickly and quietly.
This new four-seat electric Stag, now available for pre-order, boasts up to 140 HP (140 HP is available in short bursts, 125 HP is the "standard" peak) and 265 lb-ft of electric torque ready to take its occupants from 0 to 80 mph in a matter of seconds.
“We envisioned the Volcon Stag to be the most cutting-edge off-road vehicle in its class. Utilizing the latest EV drivetrain technologies, and keeping our focus on performance and user experience have led us to launch what we believe is a UTV that will provide an experience unmatched by any other UTV in its class,” said Jordan Davis, Volcon CEO. “We believe the near-silent drivetrain, class-leading horsepower and torque, and an amazing driver interface are going to revolutionize the powersports industry. The anticipation leading up to the launch here at Volcon has been palpable, and we are so excited to be opening up reservations for the Stag!”
Using active torque-vectoring and software-driven "on-demand" capability, the Volvon Stag's four-wheel drive system is designed to enhance the SxS's ability to go off-road by grabbing the front wheels whenever the rear wheels lose traction. Moreover, a new Crawl mode lets the vehicle move slowly over tricky terrain using only its brake pedal.
It is expected that series production of the Stag will begin later this year, with a starting price of $39,999
