Description:
In this video you will learn how to take the transmission out
1) to remove the crossmember take out the two 7mm bolts and cut the zip ties .
2) loosen the hose clamp and remove the hydraulic hose .
3) take the exhaust out so you don't get hydraulic oil on the exhaust pipe.
4) disconnect from the inflation pipe the 1/2 inch nut, put the one half to the side .
5) take the 4 bolts out from the solenoid and the 4 more on the front that need to removed then take the whole exhaust out.
6) you need to take the 3 bolts from the left side on the bottom is 8mm bolt and on the top is 4mm bolt on the right side there more bolts to remove .
7) there is a hose on the bottom side of the crossmember discount from DOT 3 then move the crossmember to the side don't discount the hoses from the fuel system.
8)you need to discount the 2 cables one is for the acceleration the other one is for the emergency shut-off .
9) then take the spring for the sleeve cylinder take the 2 bolts out and let it hang down.
10 at the bottom there is a reverse gear, take the plug out .
11) lift the left side of the sherp up and loosen the tensioner off that the chains can be twisted off .
12) there is 2 pieces to the drive shaft take the 4 bolts out to discount the driver shaft from the steering shaft there a shim don't loose it .
13) On the engine there are 2 bolts on the top with no nuts 2 on the top have nuts that hold the transmission on .
14) the mounts 1 on the motor and the other is on the transmission side you will need engine hoist to have the motor up higher to put the transmission back on.
15) make sure the fusible shaft is installed first before you put the transmission back on .
